RETURN REFUND
Once we have handled the return of your items, we will continue with the refund.
REFUND OF IN-STORE PURCHASE
When you make a return of an item purchased in-store, you will receive the refund on a VALE TROCA. It is valid for 06 (six) months from the date of issue.
REIMBURSEMENT OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE
If you make the return of an online purchase in the first 07 (seven) days after receiving the order, you will receive the amount via the same payment method used for purchase. If you make the return after 07 (seven) days after receiving the order, and within the 30 (thirty) days of the stablished return period, you will receive the refund on a VALE TROCA.
You can use the VALETROCA for future online purchases or in any of our Zara Brasil stores.
Remember that the VALE TROCA is valid for 06 (six) months from the date of issue.
If you sent your return through a shipping company, we will process it in the 72 hours after receiving it in our facilities.
Once the return has been completed we will send you a confirmation email.
Keep in mind that once the return has been made, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of 2 months, depending on your bank.
If you do not see a credit to your account within 2 months, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.
