SHIPMENT TO A ZARA STORE
Time: 3-7 working days
Cost: FREE
At the time of placing the order we will show you the stores available and the estimated delivery date.
You have 15 days to pick up the order at the store. You only need to present your ZARA QR or the QR code from the electronic receipt. If someone else comes in your place, they must also show their identification card.
Use our store locator to find your nearest Zara store.
This option is not available for orders that include a large item from our HOME collection.
HOME DELIVERY
- Next day delivery - R$ 20.00
Available for deliveries in: Grande São Paulo, Grande Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte and Curitiba, Vitória, Brasilia, Recife, Porto Alegre and Florianópolis. - Delivery in 2-7 working days - R$ 14.00
Shipping will be free for orders over R$ 499 only for non-discounted items. - Same day delivery - R$ 30.00
Same day delivery in Sao Paulo for orders made Monday through Friday before 2:00 pm.
Please keep in mind if your order includes a large item from HOME, corresponding shipping costs will be charged.
