HOW TO RETURN

If the purchase made does not meet your expectations, you have the option of making a return.
We will give you all the conditions and different options available so you can return your items.

CONDITIONS TO COMPLETE A RETURN

  • The return must be handled within the established period:

    Online purchase: you have 30 days from the shipment date of your order to receive the refund in a EXCHANGE VOUCHER. If you want to receive it via the original payment method, you have 7 days from the receipt of the order to make the return.

    Purchase at a store: you have 30 days from the purchase date to receive the refund in an EXCHANGE VOUCHER.

  • The items need to be in their original condition, have all labels and the receipt or invoice must be presented.

  • You must make the return in the same market/region where you made the purchase.

RETURN AT A ZARA STORE

You can return items free of charge in any of our Zara stores.
The items from the HOME collection may also be returned to ZARA HOME stores.
In-store return is available for online purchases. You just have to present the items to return with the receipt.
Use our store locator to find your nearest Zara store.
Remember: if you are not able to visit the store, you can have someone else do so for you.

HOME PICK-UP

We give you the option of returning your items through our home pick up service. This return option is free.
If you made the purchase as a registered user, you can request the return via the order details.
If you have made your purchase as a guest, you can request a return by clicking on the link included in any of the emails we've sent you regarding your order.
Once you have the return ready, a courier will collect your package within 24-48 hours from the address of your choosing.
You don't need to print any return label, the courier will bring it with them.
This option is available only for online purchases.
Remember to include the receipt.

RETURN AT A DROP OFF POINT

You can return your items by leaving your package at a delivery point.
This return option is free.
If you made the purchase as a registered user, you can request the return via the order details.
If you have made your purchase as a guest, you can request a return by clicking the "Manage Your Order" link in any of your order or shipment confirmation emails.
Once you have requested the return, we will email you the instructions to make the delivery and the number of labels to match the number of packages you are going to send.
Follow the instructions and take the return to the Correios location you want.
This option is available only for online purchases.
Remember to include the receipt.
When making a return request, if your order contains a large sized item from the HOME collection, we will ask you to contact us to arrange a pickup at your house.
Remember: you must drop off the items you wish to return before the return period ends.
