- You can make an online purchase at Zara as a registered user or as a guest. For the latter option, we will ask you for information necessary to complete your order.
- You must add the items to the bag, choose where you want to receive them, and complete the payment. We give you the option of saving your payment information so you can make future purchases more quickly.
- The shipping and billing address of your order need to be in the same market/region.
- Once you have completed your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with all of the order information.
- You can track your order from your account. If you made your purchase as a guest,you can request a return by clicking the "Manage Your Order" link in any of your order or shipment confirmation emails.
