GIFT CARD
Our Gift Card is the perfect choice for any occasion. Here's everything you need to know about it.
There are two options available:
- Physical gift card: you can do online shopping or at any of our Zara stores. The recipient will receive it at the address of your choice.
- Virtual gift card: we will send it by email to the address you give us at the time of purchase, or you can share it yourself through your favourite messaging APPS. You can do this with the Share card option in the order details. The person you share the Gift Card with will receive a link they can use to copy the information or download a Passbook. This link will be available for 60 days. After that, you can share it with them again, if necessary.
FEATURES OF A GIFT CARD
- You can use it in any physical or online store of the Inditex Group: Zara, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius or Zara Home store or via their respective UK websites, or via the UK websites for Oysho.
- It is valid only in the market/region in which it was purchased.
- Gift cards do not expire.
- It is a bearer document. Zara will not replace the Gift Card if it is stolen, lost or damaged.
- The return period is 30 days as long as the Gift Card has not been used. If the return is made through Zara.com, you do not need to send the physical Gift Card.
