IN-STORE PURCHASES
You have the following options to obtain in digital format the receipts of the purchases made in store:
- Show your ZARA QR at checkout and the purchase receipt will be linked directly to your account. You can consult it in the My Purchases > In store section.
- If you were given a paper receipt when completing a purchase in a store, you have the option of scanning it and saving it in the APP. You have to access your profile, select In-store purchases and click on Add receipt to scan your receipt.
