HOW TO EXCHANGE

At Zara, you have the option to exchange the items you purchase for free. Here are the conditions and how you can manage it.
CONDITIONS FOR MAKING AN EXCHANGE
- You must manage the exchange before the established deadline:
Shop at a physical store: The exchange option for in-store purchases is not available, but you can always return the item and then make a new purchase. - Items must be in their original condition and include all labels.
- You have to make the exchange in the same market/region where you made the purchase.
The HOME items may not be exchanged.

EXCHANGES AT A ZARA STORE
The exchange option is not available at Zara stores. Please note that you can always return the item and then make a new purchase.

ONLINE EXCHANGE
If you have purchased an item online, we offer the option of requesting a size exchange on our website or APP.
The process is very simple: just select the items you wish to exchange and the size you would like to receive. The chosen items will be sent in a new order and you will have to return the unwanted items. To do this, we offer several options that you can check in the How to return section.
The deadline for returning unwanted garments to us is 14 days from the exchange request. If the deadline has passed and we have not received the items to be exchanged, the price of the new items will be charged to the payment method you used for the purchase.
