RETURN REFUND

Once we have handled the return of your items, we will continue with the refund.
REFUND OF IN-STORE PURCHASE
If you have returned an item purchased in-store, the refund will be made with the same method of payment used for the purchase.
If a refund to the original method of payment is not possible, our store staff will indicate an alternative method.
REIMBURSEMENT OF AN ONLINE PURCHASE
When you made a return you can decide how you want to receive your refund: in the same method of payment you used for the purchase or in a Voucher Card.

In case of a partial refund and deferred payment, the refund can be made through a bank transfer.
You can use it for future purchases online on the Zara website or app.
Remember that the balance on the Voucher Card does not expire.
If you sent your return through a shipping company, we will process it in the 72 hours after receiving it in our facilities.
Once the return has been completed we will send you a confirmation email.
Keep in mind that once the return has been made, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of 25 days, depending on your bank.
If you do not see a credit to your account within 25 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.

Remember: if you sent us your return items through our home pick up service, the return costs will be taken off the amount of your reimbursement.
