RETURN AND REFUND WITH A GIFT RECEIPT

If you want to exchange or return an item with a Gift Receipt, you have these options:

If it is a purchase made in-store: go to a Zara store and you will receive the reimbursement on a Gift Card.
If it is an online order: you can go to a Zara store where you will receive the reimbursement on a Gift Card. If you prefer, you can request a return through the website and you will receive your refund via email on a Gift Card.

You can use the Gift Card or Gift Receipt online or in any Grupo Inditex store.

Remember that the Gift Card does not expire.

MASSIMO DUTTI items can also be returned to MASSIMO DUTTI stores.
